How it works

  1. Step 1

    Unscrew the tip

Twist off the small threaded piece at the end of your tap. On most taps it comes away by hand.

  2. Step 2

    Add the thread and gasket

Use the conversion thread if your tap needs it, with one of the two gaskets to seal the joint.

  3. Step 3

    Screw on and bend

Hand-tight is enough. Bend the neck to where you want the water and it stays there.

Questions

Will it fit my tap?
It screws onto the threaded tip where the aerator sits. If the small piece at the end of your tap unscrews, it will almost certainly fit — a conversion thread and two gaskets are included for different thread sizes. If nothing at the tip unscrews, it will not.
Does it need tools?
No. Unscrew the old tip by hand, screw this on hand-tight. Nothing is plumbed in and nothing is permanent — you can put the original tip back whenever you like.
Can I run hot water through it?
Up to 65°C, which is 149°F. Most domestic hot water sits below that.
Does the neck stay where I bend it?
Yes. That is what the shaping tube does — it holds the shape you put it in rather than springing back, so you can set it once and leave it.
