Nobody wants to order something online and wonder when—or if—it's going to show up.
That's why we focus on products stocked in U.S. warehouses, with delivery typically within 2–6 business days.
No waiting weeks for an order to travel halfway around the world.
Shipping
- Shipping is free on every order.
- Every order ships from a warehouse in the US.
- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
- Most orders arrive 2–6 business days after they ship.
- You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
- We ship to US addresses only for now.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to send something back. It should be unused and in its original packaging.
- Email support@rareloco.com with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once it reaches us, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered.
Warranty
Every product is covered for 30 days. If it stops working in normal use, we replace it or refund you.
Damaged or wrong item
Email a photo to support@rareloco.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
