Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. Items should be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email support@rareloco.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back with a tracked shipping method.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered. In those cases we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Email a photo to support@rareloco.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty

Every product is covered for 30 days from delivery. If it stops working in normal use, we replace it or refund you.

Exchanges

To swap an item for a different colour or size, return the original and place a new order.
