About these terms

These terms apply to rareloco.com and to every order placed through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Rare Loco is a company based in California, United States.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

To change or cancel an order, email support@rareloco.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed, but it can be returned under our refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include any discount shown at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout and sales tax is calculated there where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Pricing and promotional terms shown on the site apply as described. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery timescales, costs and tracking are set out in our shipping policy. Returns, refunds and the 30-day warranty are set out in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product information

We describe our products from supplier specifications and our own photography, and we aim to be accurate. Colours can vary between screens, and packaging and minor details may change. A product description is not a promise of any particular result.

Nothing on this site is medical, health or professional advice. Our products are not medical devices, are not FDA cleared or approved, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical concern, speak to a qualified professional.

Using the site

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it at scale, or to resell our products as if they were your own listings without our permission.

Our content

The Rare Loco name, logo, site design, text and photography belong to us, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We provide the site as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under US consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights relating to faulty goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
